How to Submit Feedback: Make Your Voice Count

Your Experience Matters—Here’s How to Share It

We’ve made submitting feedback easy through ProductLift. Whether you’ve spotted a bug, have an idea for improvement, or want to support an existing suggestion, here’s what to do:

Steps to Submit Feedback

1️⃣ Select the Product – At the top of the page, you’ll see different products: StoneCircle, Stone Community, and Stone Security. Click on the one you want to submit feedback for.

2️⃣ Click "Submit Feedback" – Once on the product page, you’ll see previously submitted feedback. Click the "Submit Feedback" button to add yours.

3️⃣ Fill Out the Form – Provide:

• A clear header summarizing your feedback.
• A detailed description explaining your experience.
• Media attachments (screenshots, videos) if applicable.
• Select a category—is it a bug or a feature improvement?

4️⃣ Upvote Existing Feedback – If someone has already submitted similar feedback, you can upvote it to show its importance. This helps us prioritize the most critical improvements.
